Finding My Stride: Biking + Healthy Eating

Staying healthy and active is my top priority in life. As I’ve battled to fix my finances, I’ve also battled with some major health issues. Living a healthy lifestyle is my number one goal right now. I try to keep true to my native Pacific Northwest roots by eating lots of organic, healthy food and biking everywhere humanly possible around the nation’s capital. I love to cook and I’m always experimenting with exotic, healthy meals while bargain hunting for the best deals on quality ingredients.

Now training for the 2013 Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic!

This year, I’m crossing off a major milestone on my cycling bucket list – I’ll be biking in the Seattle to Portland (STP) Bicycle Classic in July! That’s 200 miles over two days. I’ve never done a race this big before, but I’m looking forward to the challenge!
